Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Brickell-Port Of Miami

Updated room with a TV, seating unable to accommodate the guests in house, a sofa bed. Good and incredible location right near airport, and 15 minute walk from a two - story open air shopping center. Based close enough to a free tram in the city center as well as touristic areas.

We were there for 1 night, overall had a good stay.

Fairly clean great value hotel with a nice pool and a magnificent location near to the whole food market, port and park as well as City Center. Pleasant, fabulous staff, no complaints.

We get a suite, with a wonderful view to the river. You can travel free with a train to Bayside.

I loved how close the hotel was to both Brickell City Centre and Perez Art Museum, making my weekend explorations easy as I strolled through the beautiful parks nearby and discovered iconic landmarks.

The hotel did not offer anything that was in their ad. The staff was rude, no ice, no vending machine, the bar and resturant both were closed down and the place smelled of body odor

Stayed here for 3 nights and liked our choice. The staff were helpful and polite, gave us great tips. The room with a pull out couch.

Actually I can't imagine one thing which I want to give plus. Maybe amazing view from 16th floor.

Hidden fees like 22dollars for car parking per day and additional fees to taxes. In price is already breakfast,but only toasts and butter definitely is not a breakfast for me. Never again. And I travel a lot around a world, but I never saw something like this. Price was high and definitely nothing special.

the pool area next to the river is so lovely; a perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring. remember to check the breakfast crowds to make the most of your morning!

I went on vacation and honeymoon with my husband, so love the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel too. Hotel indicadissimo! Next vacation I'll still take you there again and my two children, I found it very familiar Rafaele Albino

The breakfast could be better, with fruit and so on and served as early as only begins at 08:00 am. The receptionist (I think qa only woman on the table) super ignorant and do not try to please the customer, or understand, but simply ignore it as soon as it tries to improve. Rafaele Albino

I did not like anything about this hotel except for the way the lobby looked. i began at this hotel with a bad experience and it went down hill after that.

There was no working internet at this hotel.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever survived: 1. The receptionist was totally inept: after 40 hours of travelling, I had to wait longer than an hour to be able to check in. She was then rude to me, and interrupted my check in to help other people. 2. There were pubic hairs on the pillow 3. Everything in the hotel was very very old 4. I was evicted by the maid from my room an hour early, no apology. 5. Breakfast was not edible - it was nothing but sickly sweet cakes (I have a gluten allergy) 6. The swimming pool was tiny, so forget it 7. Front desk misinformed me about my shuttle transfer, telling me that I had only 10 minutes to find a cash machine that worked (the one in the hotel did not, surprise surprise), and I slowly discovered that I had two hours, so had been totally stressed out for nothing. Perfectly hideous. Any other hotel would be better.

The rooms were kept clean on a daily basis

The breakfast was horrible! Frosted flakes and Fruit loops, coffee, bagels, cakes with icing was served every morning. The same menu every morninng. The staff could not speak engish too well either. The internet was in the lobby and there was no fitness facility as stated in the advertisement!

Great Experience for Couples Seeking Comfort!

The cozy living area with floor-to-ceiling windows was a nice touch. Check-in took a while, so plan ahead. The convenient location made exploring Miami easy. Don't forget to request your car early when using valet!
